ข่าว Binance.US ล้มดีลซื้อสินทรัพย์ของแพลตฟอร์มคริปโต Voyager

Voyager แพลตฟอร์มคริปโตที่ยื่นขอล้มละลายไป เผยว่าบริษัทได้รับการแจ้งจาก Binance.US ส่วนธุรกิจของ Binance ที่ตั้งเฉพาะในอเมริกา ว่าจะยกเลิกการซื้อสินทรัพย์บริษัทที่ตกลงกันก่อนหน้า

ภายหลังที่ Voyager ยื่นขอล้มละลาย ได้มีการจัดประมูลสินทรัพย์ โดย Binance.US เป็นผู้ชนะการประมูลไปซึ่งรวมทั้งบัญชีคริปโตของลูกค้า Voyager ด้วย

Binance.US ชี้แจงสาเหตุว่าบริษัทถูกตรวจสอบในรูปแบบที่ไม่เป็นมิตร และมีความไม่แน่นอนสูงจากหน่วยงานในสหรัฐ จึงทำให้ตัดสินใจยกเลิกดีลดังกล่าวเพื่อปกป้องส่วนธุรกิจหลัก

Voyager ชี้แจงว่ากำลังแก้ปัญหา ให้ลูกค้าเดิมสามารถเข้าถึงสินทรัพย์ของตนได้โดยเร็วที่สุด นอกจากนี้ Binance.US จะต้องทำลายข้อมูลลูกค้าทั้งหมดที่ได้ไปก่อนหน้านี้ตามข้อตกลง
