Parallel Web Systems นิยามตัวเองว่าเป็น creating infrastructure for AIs to search and use the web แก้ปัญหาเว็บแบบดั้งเดิมที่สร้างมาให้มนุษย์ใช้งานอย่างเดียว ไม่ได้ออกแบบให้ AI ใช้งาน แต่เมื่อเราเห็นการใช้ AI เรียกใช้งานเว็บมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ทางแก้ของ Parallel คือสร้าง API ครอบอีกชั้น แปลงหน้าเว็บเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ AI เข้ามาค้นข้อมูล นำไปทำ deep research ได้ประสิทธิภาพดีขึ้น

Parallel บอกว่า API ของตัวเองสามารถเอาชนะโมเดล LLM ทุกตัว (รวมถึง GPT-5) ในการทดสอบหาข้อมูลบนเว็บ วัดผลด้วยเบนช์มาร์ค BrowserComp ของ OpenAI เองด้วยซ้ำ



โมเดลธุรกิจของ Parallel Web Systems คือให้บริษัท AI มาเช่าใช้งาน API นับเป็นตาม request ปัจจุบันมีให้บริการ 3 แบบคือ Task API, Search API, Chat API (รายละเอียด)
