Trial license recovery

If a trial had already been issued for your domain, requesting a new one returned "trial already used" with no way to retrieve the existing key. The trial request now recovers your existing license automatically and activates it, so you're no longer stuck if you lost the serial after a reinstall.

If the recovered license can't be activated (for example because your Board URL no longer matches the licensed domain), the serial is now shown to you along with the reason, so you can resolve it yourself.

No database changes in this update.
